QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will be responsible for providing Quality leadership and support for the manufacturing facility, as well as, directing the daily activities of the department associates. The QA Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and improving the company’s quality system, conducting both internal and external supplier audits, and the supervisor will also represent the company when interfacing with associates, customers and suppliers. Qualified candidates must have an associate or technical degree and/or equivalent work experience, at least three (3) years of quality management and Lean Manufacturing experience, knowledge of an ISO certified environment, and a minimum of five (5) years work experience in a manufacturing quality environment is preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong leadership abilities, MS office software (Word, Excel, Project) experience, project management & communication skills, and knowledge of Kanban, 6S, SPC, or 6 Sigma is a plus.
MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER
The focus of this position is to reduce waste material, improve quality, increase output and decrease downtime to improve profitability. The Project Engineer will lead and support projects and activities related to the implementation of manufacturing processes, design and related equipment.
Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and five (5) years experience in equipment design, maintenance, and CAPEX projects. Successful candidates will be hands on professional that has extensive understanding of the tools, processes, and techniques used to design and build manufacturing equipment, subsystems and tools, mechanical, electromechanical parts and assemblies. Successful candidates will have experience in Develop Design for Manufacturability/Assembly (DFM/A) analysis, Design for Cost (DFC) analysis, troubleshoot/analyze component problems, write and perform component tests, Auto CAD design and CMMS packages. Knowledge of Kanban, 6S, SPC, 6 Sigma or Lean manufacturing is a plus.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Qualified candidates must have five (5) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with proven leadership skills, computer competency, excellent verbal and written communication skills, planning and problem solving experience, and relevant bachelor degree preferred.
Successful candidates will be hands-on professional that has understanding of continuous improvement process with knowledge of Kanban, 5S, SPC, 6 Sigma or Lean manufacturing.
MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN
Qualified candidates must possess an understanding of all phases of 110-480V systems with higher voltage experience preferred; able to troubleshoot & repair all standard electrical components, able to troubleshoot and basic programming of PLC systems, able to install wiring systems for power and control, and knowledge of industrial burner system, hydraulics/pneumatics a plus.
The Ideal candidate will be a graduate of an electrical apprenticeship program or 2-year technical school with at least 3 years industrial experience or have a minimum of 5 years as an electrician in an industrial manufacturing facility.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Qualified candidates must possess minimum of five (5) years maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, bachelor degree and/or combined experience & education, proven leadership ability, well developed motivational methods, strong verbal and written communication skills, computer competency,
Successful candidates will also have experience/ knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance processes and strong skill base with mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, industrial plant engineering techniques, furnace, and robotics.
PRODUCTION POSITIONS
The production positions are physically demanding positions that have a 12 hour shift rotating work schedule, working every other weekend. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and/or GED, at least 18 years of age, able to lift at least 50 lbs., and possess a strong work ethic.
