Our Product Specialist is repsonsible for working directly with Sales Managers, Rep Agencies and Authorized Distributors. Responsible for all phases of order fulfillment: order entry and audit, pricing, order status, availability, lead times and credit processing. Manages a high volume of phone and e-mail activity and is responsible for all phases of customer support, including detailed product and component knowledge to provide solutions to our customers. Teamwork focused, working closely with marketing, sales, finance, manufacturing and technical support.
Successful candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years experience in related fields; strong computer skills with an emphasis in MS office applications and experience with IBM compatible and/or Macintosh desktop or laptop computers; strong interpersonal, team player and customer service skills; able to manage heavy inbound/outbound phone and email load; and strong organizational skills while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
