This is a hands-on position for a 5 person / 14 press department running hot & cold runner tooling for ABS, PP, POM, and PVC located in Big Prairie, OH.  Position has lead role in injection molding processing, set-up, and machine maintenance.  Opportunities for growth for the right candidate.

Candidate must exhibit skills as a consistent team-building leader that can manage through respective subordinates but also perform tasks personally. Must have critical thinking skills and desire to take ownership of activities. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in injection molding set-up and processing. Experience in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical repair preferred.
